The Vance Fleet app uses Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver job alerts and dispatch notifications. Device tokens used for this purpose are stored securely and used solely to route notifications to your device. You may disable notifications through your device settings at any time, though this may affect your ability to receive timely job assignments.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon termination of employment or account closure, personal data is retained only as required for legal, payroll, or operational recordkeeping obligations and is deleted thereafter.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
